Janet Balbaugh
West Leipsic - Janet Balbaugh, 68, of West Leipsic died 8:14 p.m. Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Toledo Hospital.  She was born February 7, 1946 in Hamler to the late Henry and Margaret (Wilson) Fackler.  On March 2, 1965, she married Robert Balbaugh, Jr. who survives.
Janet is also survived by her 3 daughters: Joanne (Ed) Ritter of Leipsic; Kathy (Frank) Beier of Findlay and Cindy (George Stemen) Balbaugh of Leipsic; 6 grandchildren: Justin Ritter, Ryan Ritter, Nick Beier, Zach Beier, Abby Beier and Payton Stemen and 3 brothers: Albert (Judy) Fackler, Wayne (Pat) Fackler and Roger (Pat) Fackler all of Leipsic.   She is preceded in death by a sister: Joyce Merritt.
Janet was a homemaker.  She  was a 1964 graduate of Leipsic High School.
A funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 2, 2014 at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME,  Leipsic, with Pastor Nestor Reyes officiating.  Burial will follow in Marion Township Cemetery, Hamler.   Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to service on Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Oak Grove Nursing Home, Deshler.
