Janice P. Ketner

LEIPSIC - Janice P. Ketner, 81, of Leipsic passed away at home with her loved ones around her Sunday, November 11, 2018. She was born October 1, 1937 in Miller City.         Janice left behind two daughters, Lynda (Tina) Ketner of Findlay and Sandy (Ken) Haase of Hamler; four grandchildren, Anthony, Brandon, Elizabeth, and Connor; and four great-grandchildren, Nevaeh, Leo, Sophia, and Zach.

She is proceeded in death by her husband David in 1992, her parents, William and Doris (Altman) McMonigal; two sisters, Linda (Bill) Warnecke, Karen Kniceley; and a brother, Ross McMonigal.

Janice retired from Crushproof Tubing in McComb. She enjoyed gardening and going to garage sales and flea markets. Janice loved spending time with her family, especially all the grandchildren. She enjoyed teaching them all about flowers and how they grow.

She will be missed by them all.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Gilboa United Methodist Church with Pastor Ruth Carter-Christ officiating. Burial will follow in Harman Cemetery, Gilboa. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until the time of the service at the church. Memorials may be made to CAP (cancer assistance program).
