Jayme L. Wannemacher

LIMA – Jayme L. Wannemacher, 49, of Lima, passed away at 9:24 p.m., Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay. She was born June 19, 1976, in Van Wert to Gerald and Donna (Cross) Wannemacher, who survive in Ottoville.

Other survivors include four children: Blake (Abby Bateson) Wannemacher of Findlay, Jaden (Lexi Covington) McDonald, Tyler McDonald, both of Findlay and Makazia Mustin of Lima; four stepchildren: Keyara, Quay, Alyze and Tonasha; three grandchildren: Brayden, Jeremiah, Aryais and Baby McDonald on the way; a brother, Bryan (Michelle) Wannemacher of Lima.

Jayme ran the Waffle House in Lima for many years. She was a very loving and caring person who touched many lives, but could be stubborn at times. She enjoyed playing on the computer, going to casinos, playing bingo and loved her dogs, Snookie and Mya. Jayme was a great and loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Ottoville with Very Reverend George Mahas officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ottoville. Visitation will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. on Monday and 9 to 10 a.m. on Tuesday at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Jackson Township.
