Jeanne O. Schulte OTTAWA – Jeanne O. Schulte, 88, of Ottawa died 6:56 a.m. Saturday, January 4, 2025, at the Meadows of Ottawa.  She was born June 27, 1936, to the late Frank and Marguerite (Kiene) Stechschulte.  On September 5, 1964, she married Edward Schulte, who preceded her in death on September 12, 2016. Jeanne is survived by 2 brothers:  Joe Stechschulte and Jerry Stechschulte, both of Columbus Grove; a sister:  Mary (Wayne) Sutter of Mount Horeb, WI; 7 sisters-in-law:  Margaret Stechschulte, Ruth Ann Stechschulte, Betty Stechschulte, Blanche Stechschulte, Mary Lou Stechschulte, Florence Sehlhorst, Maxine Schulte and  2 brothers-in-law:  Thomas Schulte and Bill Eversole. She is preceded in death by 7 brothers:  Robert (Agnes) Stechschulte, Francis (Jean) Stechschulte, Maurice Stechschulte, John Stechschulte, Karl Stechschulte, Dave Stechschulte, Harry Stechschulte and Patrick (Sharon) Stechschulte; a sister:  Marguerie Eversole; 2 sisters-in law:  Judy Stechschulte and Paula Stechschulte; and in-laws:  Alvin (Eleanor) Schulte, Martha (Don) Doepker, Wilfrid (Angie) Schulte, Dolores (Scott) Boyer, Eleanor (George) Seifried, Alice (Bill) Balas, Janice Schulte, Henry Sehlhorst and Esther (Mel) Schroeder. Jeanne was strong in her faith and was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ottawa and its Altar Rosary Society.  She remembered everyone on their birthdays and anniversaries and enjoyed sending and receiving cards. Jeanne's funeral mass will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 10, 2025 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ottawa, with Father Scott Kramer officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at LOVE FUNERAL HOME.
