JOHN F. BALBAUGH
GLANDORF - John F. Balbaugh, 85, of Glandorf, died 9:02 a.m., Friday, June 27, 2014 at The Meadows at Putnam Acres, Ottawa.  He was born April 15, 1929, in Leipsic, to the late Alphonse and Rose (Nadler) Balbaugh.
Surviving include his twin sisters: Mary Balbaugh and Ruth Bellman-Kuhlman, both of Ottawa; 2 nephews; 2 nieces; 14 great nephews and nieces and 17 great-great nephews and nieces.  He was also preceded in death by 2 brothers-in-law: Norman Bellman and Paul Kuhlman.
John retired as a boiler operator from Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay.  He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Glandorf.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of Leipsic Fish and Hunt Club.
A Mass of Christian Burial will begin 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Glandorf with Fr. Tony Fortman officiating.  Burial will follow at Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Ottawa.  Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa where a parish rosary will begin 7:30 p.m.
Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
