John F. Hueve

OTTAWA – John F. Hueve, 53, of Ottawa, died 4:30 p.m., Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Lima Memorial Hospital, Lima.  He was born June 25, 1963 in Lima to the late Alphonse and Agnes (Niese) Hueve.

Survivors include three brothers: David Hueve of Ottawa, Greg (Joan) Hueve and Alphonse (Elisa) Hueve both of Glandorf; and three sisters: Therese (Steve) Shepard of Toledo, Judy Closius of Ypsilanti, MI, and Jean (Peter) Baas of Gulf Point, MS.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Anthony Hueve.

John was a millwright with Steel Technologies in Ottawa.  He was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church Ottawa and the Leipsic Fish and Hunt Club.

A Mass of Christian burial will begin 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ottawa with Fr. Tony Fortman officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa.

Memorial donations may be made to Putnam County Home Care and Hospice or to the Sts. Peter and Paul Endowment Fund.
