John D. Peck
Continental - John D. Peck, 69, of Continental died Monday, November 24, 2014.  He was born December 9, 1944 in Defiance to the late Clifford D. and Phyllis May (Rockey) Peck Lloyd.  On July 22, 1966, he married Barbara Clemens who survives in Continental.
John is also survived by two children: Rodney (Michelle) Peck  and Brenda (Bill) Wolfle both of Paulding;six grandchildren: Ashley, Cody, Priscilla, Ethan, Kayla, and Wyatt; three great-grandchildren: Hunter, Raelynn and Kinzley; a brother: Phillip Peck of Eureka Springs, AK. and a sister: Suzanne (Kim) Okuley of Continental.  He is preceded in death by his stepfather, Irvin "Doc" Lloyd.
John was a member of Continental Conservation Club and enjoyed outdoors activities.
Funeral service will begin 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 29, 2014 at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Continental with Pastor Chuck Schmunk officiating.  Burial will follow in Hedges Cemetery, Broughton.   Visitation will be Saturday, 11 a.m. till time of service at the funeral home.
