LEIPSIC – Joseph L. Klausing, 71, of Leipsic (formerly of Ottawa), passed away at 1:18 p.m., Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at Mercy Health St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima. He was born June 11, 1955, in Volterra, Italy.

Joseph loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with his friends.
