Joseph Roger Lee

CONTINENTAL – Joseph Roger Lee, 82, of Continental, passed away at 2:20 a.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at Mercy Health St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. He was born October 14, 1941, in Continental to the late Joseph and Elma Gertrude (McCullough) Lee.

He is survived by three children: Jeff Lee of Continental, Marsha (Adam Cately) Lee of Wauseon and Pamala (Nick) Elliott of Pioneer; 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and three siblings: Steven (Mary) Lee, Sharon Fitzenrider, both of Defiance and Judy (Bob) Rodenbach of Pheonix, AZ.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Fred Fitzenrider.

Joseph retired from Campbell Soup Company, Napoleon, where he worked as a forklift driver.

Funeral service will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 16, 2024 at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Continental with Pastor Wyatt Blosser officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Prairie Chapel Cemetery, Oakwood. Visitation will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
