Judith M. Homier

CONTINENTAL – Judith M. Homier, 81, of Continental, died at 4:08 a.m. on Monday, April 8, 2024 at Vancrest of Holgate.  She was born November 15, 1942 in Lima to the late Cletus "Clete" and Florence (Nienberg) Homier.

Judith is survived by six siblings: Bill Homier, Ray (Sherry) Homier, Janet Sullivan, Joyce (Steve) Baldwin, all of Continental, Danny (Deb) Homier of Cloverdale and Susie Berger of Continental; and many nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by two sisters: Mary Collier and Betty Schulte; a sister-in-law, Marlene Homier; two brothers-in-law: Elmer Schulte and Dar Sullivan; a nephew, Tim Baldwin; and great-nephew, Marcus Ellerbrock.

Judith was a homemaker and caregiver of people of all ages. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Continental. Judith enjoyed spending time with her many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at St. Barbara Catholic Church, Cloverdale with Very Reverend George Mahas officiating. Burial will follow at St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Glandorf. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the mass on Saturday at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Continental.
