Karen Blankenship

OTTAWA - Karen C. Blankenship, 68, of Ottawa died 12:34 p.m., Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Mercy Health St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.  She was born January 17, 1953 in Lima to the late Everett L. and Arnetta (Decker) Cook.

Survivors include three children: Travis (Pamela) Miller of Delphos, Chad (Nicole) Blankenship of Ottawa and Janet Orner of Ottawa; eight grandchildren; and three siblings: Gloria Closson, Joyce Kessler and Wayne Cook.

She was also preceded in death by a son, Curtis Miller.

Karen retired from Philips, formerly of Ottawa.  She was a member of Breakthrough Harvest Church, Gilboa.

No funeral services will be held at this time.
