Karen Sue Schnipke
Pandora - Karen Sue Schnipke, 58, of Pandora, died Friday, June 20, 2014 at her residence. She was born October 24, 1955 in Lima to the late Albert "Butch" and Edna (Schmitz) Gerschutz.
Karen is survived by her four children: Kurtis Schnipke of Ottawa,Tracie (Kyle) Carpenter of Ottawa, Dana (Donald) Emmert of Asheville, North Carolina and Kristy (Sean) Green of North Ridgeville, Ohio; a granddaughter: Olivia Carpenter; a brother: Mike (Joan) Gerschutz of Miller City and a sister: Linda Cameron of Ft. Meyers, Florida.
Karen was a caretaker and a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She was an adoring grandmother and an animal lover. She loved being outdoors and was always working on something.
A Mass of Christian Burial will begin 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 26, 2014 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ottawa with Fr. Matt Jozefiak officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Bluffton. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa where there will be a scripture service at 7:45 p.m.
Memorials may be given to the charity of donor's choice.
