Kathy A. Hermiller

OTTAWA - Kathy A. Hermiller, 67, of Ottawa died 12:21 p.m. Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Mercy Health St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.  She was born March 25, 1954 in Napoleon to the late Gene and Hildegarde (Elling) Osborn.  On January 4, 1974, she married Thomas "Joe" Hermiller who survives in Ottawa.

Also surviving are 2 children:  Gregory (Jessica) Hermiller and Angela (Nathan) Tucker, both of Ottawa; 4 grandchildren:  Summer and William Hermiller, Raylan Miller and Alyssa Tucker; and a sister:  Karen Cass of Columbus.

Kathy is preceded in death by a brother-in-law:  Tom Cass.

Kathy was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ottawa.  She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and taking care of her pets.  Kathy enjoyed gardening and was an avid reader.

Her funeral mass will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ottawa with Father Scott Kramer officiating.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
