Kelly Chaffins

OTTAWA - Kelly Chaffins, 95 of Ottawa died 9:20 a.m. Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at his residence.  Kelly was born October 27, 1924 in Hueysville, Kentucky to the late Kenton and Minnie (Conley) Chaffins.

Kelly was an Army veteran serving in WWII. He had retired from the railroad.

A graveside service will be held Monday, March 23, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Harman Cemetery, Gilboa with Rev. Denny Coates officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa.
