Kenneth "Ken" Harter CONTINENTAL – Kenneth "Ken" Harter, 62, of Continental, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.  He was born October 30, 1962, in Lima to the late Donald and Mary Lou (Blankemeier) Harter. Ken is survived by two sons:  Benjamin Harter of Continental, and Matthew Harter of Alger; three grandsons:  Eli, Ben Jr., and Kaiden Harter; a brother: Ron (Susan) Harter of Continental; two nieces: Melissa (Rob) Winkle, Michelle (Kyle) Martin; great-nieces:  Addison and Aubrey Winkle, and Brynleigh and Adelyn Martin. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by two great-nephews. Ken was a member of the Sons of the American Legion.  He enjoyed fishing and going to the Independence Dam in Defiance.  Ken loved spending time with his grandsons. A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2024, at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Continental.  The funeral service will follow the visitation at 7 p.m.
