Kristine M. Tripp
Miller City -- Kristine M. Tripp, 49, of Miller City, died 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Bridge Hospice Center, Findlay. She was born May 13, 1967 in Lima to William and Jane (Verhoff) Oedy who survive in Miller City. On December 2, 1989 she married Alan Tripp who also survives in Miller City.
She is also survived by two daughters: Kelsey Tripp and Kasey Tripp both at home; three siblings: Michael (Dawn) Oedy of Miller City, Jill (Chris) Inkrott of Bowling Green, Kelly (Brian) Niese of Findlay; a mother-in-law: Margaret Tripp of Miller City; four sisters-in-law: Chris Boyak of Leipsic, Dawn Kuhlman of Findlay, LouAnn Stachowiak, and Mimi (Roger) Knueven both of Miller City; two brothers-in-law: Leo (Lorie) Tripp of Cincinnati, and Terry (Nicky)Tripp of Miller City.
Kristine was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Miller City, where she was a member of the Altar Rosary, an Extraordinary Eucharistic Minister, and part of the church decorating committee. She worked as an IT Project Coordinator at Marathon Petroleum Company, Findlay. She was a loving mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend and will always be remembered for her infectious laugh.
A Mass of Christian Burial will begin 10:30 a.m. on Monday, December 19, 2016 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Miller City with her uncle Fr. Tom Oedy and Fr. Stephen Schroeder officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday from 2 to 8 p.m. and an hour prior to service at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa. A scripture service will be held 5:45 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Putnam County Cancer Assistance Program (CAP), Bridge Homecare and Hospice, or Putnam County Homecare and Hospice.
