L. Faye Tracy CONTINENTAL – L. Faye Tracy, 93, of Continental died at 10:35 a.m., Friday, December 13, 2024, peacefully at her home.  She was born October 18, 1931, in Oakwood to the late Orley and Ethel May (Mowery) Adams.  On September 27, 1952, she married Billie Tracy, he preceded her in death on January 1, 2022 after 69 years of marriage. Survivors include five children: Tim (Jill) Tracy of Defiance, Kim (Konni) Tracy of Defiance, Tom Tracy of Texas, Ted (Timberly) Tracy of Defiance and Tony (Buff) Tracy of Continental; a son-in-law, Tim Connin of Continental; 15 grandchildren; and many great grandkids; and two brothers: Phil Adams and Don Adams. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Angie Connin; and a brother, Stan (Sherry) Adams. Faye worked at Bauer Corp for 10  years and a short time at the tent factory in Oakwood. She was a homemaker most of her life. Many knew her as Grandma Faye and she was greatly loved by her friends and family. Faye had the heart of a servant. She was a member of Family Christian Center, Defiance. A memorial service will begin at  Family Christian Center in Defiance Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 11:30 a.m.  with Pastor Andy Tracy officiating with the message being given by Wayne Lawson. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church.  Burial will be at a later date in Monroe Cemetery, Continental.   In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
