Leo B. Roof
Leipsic - Leo B. Roof, 82, of Leipsic died 8:55 a.m. Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.  He was born December 14, 1930 in Townwood, Putnam County, Ohio to the late Lawrence and Frances (Seimet) Roof.  On June 1, 1970, he married Diane Crawford who survives in Leipsic.
Leo is survived by his children: Sandra (Jim) Cirino, Patricia (J.R.) Bray and Marcus (Edna) Roof, Sr. all of Texas; Linda Roof of Georgia and Beverly (Peter) Ulrick of Ohio; a brother and two sisters and many grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.  Preceding him in death are 2 brothers and a sister.
Leo was a lifelong farmer and retired from ODOT after 30 years.  He was a member of Ottawa Eagles.
A funeral service will be held 6:00 p.m. Monday, April 8, 2013 at Gilboa United Methodist Church, Gilboa with Pastor Tom Graves officiating.  Burial will be at a later date in St. Mary's Cemetery, Leipsic.  Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Monday at GILBOA UNITED METHODIST CHURCH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made towards the funeral. Arrangements are being handled  by Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Leipsic.
