Obituary

Lori Hopkins

OTTAWA – Lori Hopkins, 48, of Ottawa, passed away at 11:14 p.m., Sunday, July 12, 2026, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 25, 1978, in Napoleon to Arthur and Darlene (Hofmann) Hopkins. Her father and stepmother, Arthur (Donna Cooper) Hopkins and her mother and stepfather, Darlene (Clyde) Rohrbaugh, all survive in Holgate.

Other survivors include her two children: Jordan Hopkins of Cincinnati and Tanner Bott of Ottawa; boyfriend, Shawn Moser of Columbus Grove; brother, Jeremy Hopkins of Napoleon; sister, Rachel (Richard) Berry of Napoleon; and stepsister, Lisa Hird of Fullerton, CA.

Lori was a 1996 graduate of Holgate High School. She worked for MARS Petcare, Leipsic for 25 years, who greatly supported Lori through her cancer journey. Lori was a member of Pandora Missionary Church, Pandora. She enjoyed being outside, watching baseball, going swimming, working out, traveling and butterflies. Lori truly loved her dogs, Kimber and Sophie and spending time with her family, especially her sons who were her pride and joy.

Funeral services for Lori will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 17, 2026, at Pandora Missionary Church, 300 Rocket Ridge, Pandora, OH with Pastor Matt Steiner officiating. Burial will follow at 12:30 p.m. at St. Paul’s Flatrock Township Cemetery, 12-868 County Rd K, Napoleon, OH 43545. Visitation will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa and one hour prior to services on Friday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Putnam County CAP or Pandora Missionary Church, Pandora.
