Lucas Stevens

OAKWOOD – Lucas Stevens, 30, of Oakwood, died at 9:06 a.m., Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Paulding County Hospital. He was born November 14, 1991 in Defiance to Brett and Kelly (Stevens) Porter.  His father, Brett (Devonna) Porter, survives in Defiance. His mother, Kelly (Shawn) Kruse, survives in Oakwood.

Other survivors include two siblings: Dakota Porter and Delaney Porter, both of Oakwood; maternal grandparents: Robert (Kathy) Stevens of Oakwood; and a paternal grandmother, Linda Nelson of Hillsboro.

Lucas worked for Foundations Behavioral Health Services, Paulding.

Funeral service will begin 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Oakwood with Pastor Jim Hiltner officiating.  Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
