Margaret M. Roy
LEIPSIC – Margaret M. Roy, 93, of Leipsic, died at 3:15 p.m. Friday, June 15, 2012 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. She was born September 19, 1918 in Putnam County to the late Henry and Ida (Leinsetter) Mullett. On August 9, 1941, she married Ralph Roy and he died July 11, 1999.  Surviving are a son: Harold (Linda) Roy of Deshler; a daughter-in-law: Cheryl Roy of McComb; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a sister: Bertha Keeler of Leipsic; a brother: Don (Rosemary) Mullett of Leipsic and a sister-in-law: Rosalyn Mullett of Holgate. She was preceded in death also by 2 sons: Kenneth Roy and infant James Roy and 3 brothers: Alvin, Clarence and George Mullett.
Margaret retired from Philips in Ottawa. She was a member of First Lutheran Church of Leipsic and very active in the Leipsic Senior Citizens where she was past president.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at First Lutheran Church, Leipsic with Pastor George Zornow officiating. Burial will follow in Center Cemetery, Leipsic.  Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic and one hour prior to service Tuesday at the church.
