Margie Kathleen Stevenson

LEISPIC - Margie Kathleen Stevenson, 90, of Leipsic, died 7:50 a.m., Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at The Meadows of Ottawa.  She was born March 11, 1925 in Putnam County to the late  Albert and Stella (Casteel) Keeran.  On August 10, 1946, she married Dorvan Stevenson who died May 20, 2007.

Margie is survived by her five children: Brenda (Dennis) Hills of Ottawa, Dean (Linda) Stevenson of Leipsic, Ruth (Stan) Oren of Gilboa, Janet (Jim) Weising of Findlay and Jill Stevenson of Findlay; 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.  She is also preceded in death by three sisters: Rosemary Filburn, Elizabeth Rayle and Vivian Byrkett.

Margie was a homemaker and  a member of First Christian Church in Leipsic. Margie was a 1943 graduate of Leipsic High School.

A funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, January 23, 2016 in LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic with Pastor Tim Eding officiating.   Burial will follow in Sugar Ridge Cemetery, Leipsic.   Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be given to the First Christian Church.
