Maria A. Fonseca

TIFFIN – Maria A. Fonseca, 56, of Tiffin, passed away at 4:45 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2026, at Mercy Health St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Toledo. She was born May 19, 1969, in Lima to Manuel and Paula (Honesto) Fonseca, Sr.

Other survivors include her husband, Mickal Myers; five children: Rose A. (Bryan) Madden, Michael (Amanda) Norwood, Jr., John Martin (Beck) Fonseca, Mathew J. (Emily) Fonseca, Andrea Gerber Fonseca; several grandchildren; and three siblings: Manuel (Patty) Fonseca, Jr., Daniel (Alisa) Fonseca and Gloria K. (James) Campbell.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Michael E. Fonseca.

Funeral services will begin at 3:00 p.m., Monday, May 25, 2026, at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Leipsic. Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Monday prior to the service at the funeral home.
