Marilyn E. Zeisloft

LEIPSIC – Marilyn E. Zeisloft, 91, of Leipsic, died at 4:05 a.m. on Friday, September 17, 2021 at the Meadows of Leipsic.  She was born on April 22, 1930 in Hancock County to the late Clarence and Mary (Trott) Rader.  On May 28, 1949 she married Lloyd Zeisloft, he preceded her in death on January 2, 2015.

Marilyn is survived by four children: Nancy (Pete) Lundberg of Defiance, Dan (Diane) Zeisloft, Bill (Donna) Zeisloft, both of Leipsic, and John (Kelly) Zeisloft of Fenton, MI.; six grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; fifteen step-great-grandchildren; one step-great-great-grandchild; a brother: Wayne (Pat) Rader of Ft. Wayne; and a sister-in-law: Mary Ellen Rader of Findlay.

She is preceded in death by a daughter, Jane Louise Zeisloft; a sister, Lavon LaRue; and two brothers, Clyde Rader, and Jim (Margaret) Rader.

Marilyn was a member of Oakdale United Methodist Church, Deshler.  She enjoyed wintering in Palmetto, Florida with her friends.  She also enjoyed playing cards, shuffle boarding, riding her bike and playing dominoes.  Marilyn loved to cook and enjoyed trying new recipes.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 20, 2021 at Leipsic United Methodist Church, Leipsic with Pastor Laura Beaty officiating.   There will be a private burial in West Belmore Cemetery.   A visitation will be held on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic.
