Marjorie "Margie" Frankart

CONTINENTAL – Marjorie "Margie" Frankart, 86, of Continental, passed away at 8:50 a.m., Friday, November 7, 2025, at Vancrest of Holgate surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 17, 1939, in Dupont to the late Marvin and Elvera (Brinkman) Dangler. On June 2, 1956, she married Marvin Frankart, who survives in Continental.

Other survivors include six children: Marcy Bibler of Ottawa, Mark Frankart of Continental, Mindy Mack of Napoleon, Monica (Lowell) Metzger of Findlay, Matt (Rhonda) Frankart of Defiance and MaryLee (Ken) Flick of Findlay; 17 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Joanie Howell of Continental and Rhonda (Doug) Smalley of Paulding.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Brenda Frankart; a grandson, David Cox; a sister, Janice Bibler; and a brother, Gerald Dangler.

Margie was a farm wife and former realtor with Berty Schwartz Realty. She was a member of Faith Assembly of Believers, Ottawa. Margie loved the Lord and enjoyed bringing people to Jesus. She was very active with PC BBBS and enjoyed volunteering. Margie loved her family, especially her grandchildren.

The family would like to express their sincere thank you to Vancrest of Holgate for their gracious, loving care during mom's time there.

Funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 10, 2025, at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa with Pastor John Buckland officiating. Burial will follow in Monroe Cemetery, Continental. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home.
