Marlene "Mouse" Homier

CONTINENTAL – Marlene "Mouse" Homier, 85, of Continental, died at 12:58 a.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Defiance Inpatient Hospice.  She was born November 18, 1936 in Dupont to the late Carl and Evelyn (Adams) Etter. On November 23, 1957, she married Wilfred "Bill" Homier, who survives in Continental.

Other survivors include three children: Kevin (Kathy) Homier of Continental, Eric (Teresa) Homier of Cloverdale and Tiffiny (Mike) Zachrich of Continental; six grandchildren: Sloane (Kyle) Howard, Jade Zachrich, Tess (Roy) Salisbury, Brock (Samantha) Homier, Taryn Homier and Tyce Homier; four great-grandchildren: Briar Howard, Libby Howard, Isla Salisbury and Blake Homier.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Charles "Spark" Etter; and two sisters: Anita "Neat" Okuley and Janet "Ann" Spitnale.

Marlene was a member of Continental United Methodist Church.

Private services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Continental.
