OAKWOOD - Mary Lou Bullinger, 79, of Oakwood died at 6:42 p.m. Monday, May 19, 2014 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born August 6, 1934 in Delphos to the late Frank G. and Elsie C. (Blockberger) Carder.  On November 22, 1951, she married Rollin F. Bullinger who survives in Oakwood.
Survivors also include a daugther: LaCinda (William) Price of Oakwood; two sons: Anthony Bullinger and Rollin J. (Julie) Bullinger, both of Oakwood; 9 grandchildren; 2 stepgrandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; a brother: Richard Carder of Ottoville; and two sisters: Amelia Bullinger of Fort Jennings and Jeanette "Nettie" (Don) Mesker of Oakwood.
She was preceded in death by a son: Leroy Bullinger; a great-grandson: "Jay Bug"; three brothers: Bud, Donald, and Delbert Carder; and three sisters: Myrtle Brotherwood, Lois Osting, and Colleen Carder.
Mary Lou was a homemaker and a former cook for Uncle Fudds, Melrose.  She was a member of St. Barbara Catholic Church, Cloverdale and former member of St. Mary's Altar Rosary Society, Junction.  She loved spending time and doing things for her family, and also loved to cook, clean, country music, and crocheting.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 22, 2014 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Fort Jennings with Fr. Charles Obinwa officiating.  Burial will follow in Sherman Cemetery, Oakwood.  Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Oakwood, and one hour prior to the service Thursday at the church.  An Altar Rosary Service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
