Mary Jane was a beloved mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. Her life was well lived, and she was loved by so many and connected with all she met.  She had a unique way of making people feel special. She was selfless in giving of her time and talents. Mary Jane was incredibly proud of her family.  Her grandchildren and great- grandchildren gave her the most joy. She was the proudest fan when she attended their countless sporting events, band shows, concerts and many other activities.  At the 150th  Kalida Pioneer parade she beamed with pride as she watched her children and grandchildren march in the Alumni Marching band and on other floats.  She was an excellent seamstress, making holiday and special occasion dresses for her family. She made countless cakes celebrating birthdays, weddings, sacraments and many more. Some nights she worked late into the night putting finishing touches on the cakes only to get a couple hours of sleep before going to work at Consolidated Biscuit in McComb where she retired in 1998 after many years of working.  Mary Jane taught her family to look to God in everything, in times of joy and times of sadness.  She walked us through difficult times as well as celebrated good times with each of us. She was a monumental example, living her life as a woman of great Catholic faith.  Her happiest times were with family and her classmate lunches. She valued family and friends and understood the blessing each of them are.  She will be dearly missed. We are proud she has touched so many with her great love. She fought hard battling her cancers and heart disease. We are grateful to all that have walked with her and prayed her through these journeys.  Mary Jane was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, Kalida and its altar rosary society, volunteered at Kalida Elementary helping children with their reading and math, and bringing students over to mass on Wednesday's.

Funeral mass will begin 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Kalida with Fr.
