Mary Agnes Ellerbrock
KALIDA - Mary Agnes Ellerbrock, 87, of Kalida died March 21, 2013 at her residence. She was born January 9, 1926 in Putnam County to the late Henry and Catherine (Balbaugh) Palte. On November 26, 1949 she married Richard Ellerbrock who died July 17, 1991.
She is survived by 2 sons: Louis (Betty) Ellerbrock and William (Jodi) Ellerbrock both of Kalida; 6 grandchildren: Lisa Oglesbee, Denise (Matt) Ryan, Bob (Kelli) Ellerbrock, Kurt (Stefanie) Ellerbrock, Andrea (Matt) Mead, and Preston Ellerbrock; 10 great-grandchildren: Kaden, Kendal, and Kyla Ellerbrock, Nate and Paige Ryan, Addison and Mason Ellerbrock, and Achilles, Adrianna, and Kalel Mead; and 2 sisters: Alice Hoffman of Miller City and Betty (Jack) Nartker of Elida.
Mary Agnes was a homemaker who enjoyed playing cards and volunteering at The Meadows of Kalida. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Kalida and its Altar Rosary and Catholic Ladies of Columbia Societies.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 25, 2013 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Kalida with Fr. Mark Hoying officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. on Sunday at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Jackson Township where there will be a rosary at 7 p.m. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
