Michael J. Hoffman

GLANDORF – Michael J. Hoffman, 57, of Glandorf, died 9:52 a.m. Friday, October 28, 2022 in Deshler, Ohio. He was born March 13, 1965 in Lima to George B. and Margie M. (Ricker) Hoffman. His father preceded him in death and his mother survives in Glandorf.

Other survivors include: Christine (Schnipke) Hoffman of Glandorf, his wife of 34 years; six children: Danni (Brian) Breece of Glandorf, Jo (Trent) Haughn of Toledo, Becca (Zach) Compton of Oregon, Ohio, Sammi (Chris Mounce) Hoffman of Findlay, Zach (Erin) Hoffman of Findlay and Nate Hoffman of Glandorf; five grandchildren: Branch Breece, Allison Breece, Booker Breece, Sloan Haughn, James Compton and one on the way; and three siblings: Karen Hoffman, Greg (Lisa) Hoffman, both of Glandorf and Tony (Roseann) Hoffman of Ottawa.

Michael worked industrial maintenance for Enviroscape, Deshler.  He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Glandorf. He enjoyed farming, model trains, riding his motorcycle, woodworking and planes. Michael loved spending time with his family and friends.

Funeral Mass will begin 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 4, 2022 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Glandorf with Father Matt Keller officiating.  Burial will be at a later date at St. John Cemetery, Glandorf. Visitation will be Thursday, 2 - 4 p.m. and 6 - 8 p.m. and Friday one hour prior to Mass at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa.
