Michael J. Miller

OTTOVILLE – Michael J. Miller, 53, of Ottoville died 8:59 p.m. Monday, December 12, 2016 at St. Rita's Medical Center.  He was born April 25, 1963 in Lima to Alexander "Bud" and Mary Lou (Smith) Miller.  His father is deceased and his mother survives in Ottoville.

Surviving also are 2 brothers:  J. J. Miller of Ottoville and Jim (Beth) Miller of Celina; 3 sisters:  Patty (Randy) Schwab of Norwalk, Mary Jo (Russ) Kerlin of Midland, MI and Lynne (Dave) Waters of Clear Brook, VA; and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Michael retired from the Village Market in Ottoville.  He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Ottoville and was a social member of the Ottoville VFW.  He was an avid card player and loved tooling around town on his golf cart with his dog, Hope.  Michael was a happy person and always had a smile.

A celebration of life will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Ottoville with the Very Reverend Jerome Schetter officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery  Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at church on Saturday morning.  The funeral services are under the direction of LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Jackson Township.  Condolences may be expressed at www.lovefuneralhome.com.
