Michele Porter
PAULDING - Michele Porter 59, of Paulding died at 3:30 am Saturday, August 9, 2014 at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN.  She was born January 4, 1955 in Lima to Walter and Norma (Matson) Priest. Her father is deceased. Her mother survives in Grover Hill. On October 4, 1975, she married John Porter and he survives in Paulding.
Also surviving are 3 children: Jerod Porter,  Joshua Porter and Amanda Porter all of Paulding; a grandson: Grayson Porter; 3 brothers: Donnie (Janet) Priest, Bill (Laura) Priest and Jeff (Wendy) Priest all of Grover Hill; 3 sisters: Pam Chadwick of Madison WI, Ruth (Eddie) Noggle of Van Wert and Marilyn (Terry) Everly of Hannibal, MO.
She was preceded in death also by a brother: Raymond Priest.
Michele had taught at Antwerp School.
A funeral service will begin at 11:00 am Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Oakwood with Rev. Terry Porter officiating. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 pm Monday and one hour prior to service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorial may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
