Nancy J. Kleman
OTTAWA - Nancy J. Kleman, 85, of Ottawa, went home to be with the Lord at 4:15 p.m. Monday, March 9, 2015 at The Meadows of Ottawa. She was born September 16, 1929 in Cloverdale to the late Rolley and Leona (Foley) Keller. On August 6, 1949 she married Leroy Kleman who died January 16, 1998.
She is survived by 4 children: David (Mary) Kleman of Ostrander, Kathryn (Leo) Aelker of Ottawa, Debra (Carl) Martin, Jr. of Newnan, GA, and Janice (Paul) Dailey of St. Cloud, FL; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; a sister: Helen Mericle of Lima; a brother: Tom (Mary) Keller of Cloverdale; and a brother-in-law: Syl Rode of Fort Jennings. She was also preceded in death by a son: Robert Kleman; 3 sisters: Jean Rode, Doris (Robert) Dienstberger, and Lelas (Harold) Prowant; and a brother-in-law: Chuck Mericle.
Nancy was a homemaker and a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ottawa. She was also a member of the Ottawa Senior Center and the Red Hat Society.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 13, 2015 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ottawa with Fr. Matt Jozefiak officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa where there will be a scripture service at 7:50 p.m. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
