Nancy Niese

FINDLAY - Nancy Niese, 66, of Findlay, died at 7:45 a.m. Thursday, March 11, 2021 at  her residence surrounded by her family.  She was born on February 3, 1955 in Lima, to the late Lawrence and Eleanor (Hoersten) Hermiller.  On October 2, 1976 she married Kenneth C. Niese, he survives in Findlay.

Nancy is survived by her children: Jennifer Niese of Bluffton, Melissa Niese (Joseph Veit) of Westerville, Aaron (Molly) Niese of Findlay and Bradley (Samantha) Niese of Rawson; four grandchildren: Caleb, Lucas, Hunter and Lincoln; brothers and sisters: Dave (Rose) Hermiller of Miller City, Becky (Ken) Duling of Glandorf, Tim (Marie) Hermiller, Nick (Teresa) Hermiller, Larry (Martha) Hermiller, Ken (Brenda) Hermiller all of Miller City and Ginny (Dan) Niese of Leipsic.

Nancy was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Bluffton as well as the C. L. of C. She enjoyed reading, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved to plan family gatherings and vacations where they could all be together.

A memorial mass will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 15, 2021 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Bluffton with Father John McLoughlin officiating.  A private burial will be held at a later date. In keeping with the social distancing guidelines, a visitation will be Sunday 2 to 8 p.m. at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic. Due to regulations regarding COVID-19, masks are required upon entering the funeral home and/or church.

Memorial donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Bridge Hospice, or the American Cancer Society.
