Norma Russell
LEIPSIC - Norma Russell, 102 of Leipsic, died at 6:25 p.m. Tuesday December 23, 2014 at The Meadows of Leipsic.  She was born September 27, 1912 in Malinta to the late Otis and Elsie (Hemsoth) Delph. On September 20, 1931 she married Paul M. Russell who died April 5, 1995.
She is survived by 3 children: James (Ann) Russell, Don (Mary Ann) Russell, and Sally (Jim) Bogard all of Leipsic; a daughter-in-law, Shirley (Harold) Otto of Leipsic; 8 grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 9 step great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; 1 step great-great-grandchild; and 2 sisters: Mary Sage of Dallas, TX and  Faye "Jeanette" Mahoney of Solon. She was also preceded in death by a son: Fred Russell; a daughter-in-law, Caroline Russell; a brother: Maxwell Delph; and a sister: Elizabeth Hamburger.
Norma was a homemaker and a member of First Lutheran Church, Leipsic.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 27, 2014 at First Lutheran Church, Leipsic with Pastor George Zornow officiating. Burial will follow in Sugar Ridge Cemetery, Leipsic. Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. on Friday at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic and one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the church. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to First Lutheran Church in Leipsic.
