OTTAWA – Patsy L. Stevens, 64, of Ottawa died 11:25 a.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at The Meadows of Ottawa-Glandorf.
She was born May 25, 1947 in Lima to the late Orville and Erma (Jaycus) Cunningham. Survivors include 3 children: David (Brenda) Dotson of Terre Haute, IN, William (Amy) Dotson of Omaha, NE, and Melissa (Dale) Bean of Fort Wayne, IN; 10 brothers and sisters: Florence Forest of Monterey, IN, Nancy Mathison of Fort Wayne, IN, Richard (Linda) Cunningham of New Smyrna, FL, John (Lou) Cunningham of Kansas, Charles (Willene) Cunningham of Columbus Grove, Sara (Gary) Wells of Wapakoneta, Barbara (Daryl) Clark of Continental, Anna Smith of Columbus Grove, Lester (Thelma) Cunningham of Columbus Grove, and Terry (Steven Young) Cunningham of Ottawa; 12 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother: William "Billy" Stover.
Patsy was a bus driver for Marimor Industries. She attended Ottawa Missionary Church.
Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 13, 2012 at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa with Rev. Marshall Metzger officiating. Burial will follow in Center Cemetery, Leipsic.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.
