Paul Allen Herman

 Paul Allen Herman, age 51, of Hanover, Indiana formerly of Oakwood, Ohio, entered this life on October 19, 1974, in Bowling Green, Ohio. He was the loving son of the late Gerald and Sharon Hinebaugh Herman. He was raised in Weston, Ohio and was a graduate of Otsego High School in Tontogany, Ohio. Paul was united in marriage to Michele Barnett on May 25, 1996, in Grand Rapids, Ohio. This happy union of 30 years was blessed with a daughter, Ashley, and a son, Zachariah. He resided in Oakwood Ohio until living in Hanover, Indiana the past ten months. He worked for Sheet Metal Workers Union Local 33 in Perrysburg, Ohio. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a loving husband, dad, grandpa, brother and friend. Paul died on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 2:40 a.m. at the Aperion Care Hanover in Hanover, Indiana.   Paul will be missed by his loving wife of 30 years, Michele Barnett Herman of Oakwood, Ohio; his daughter, Ashley Hall and her husband, Riley; his son, Zachariah Herman and his wife, Jenni; his grandchildren, Amara Hall, Pandora Hall, Grayson Hall, Brinlee Hall, Wrenlee Hall, and Everly Herman; his brother, Jerry Herman; and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Herman, his mother, Sharon Hinebaugh Herman, and his sisters, Bonita Fisher and Brenda Flores. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Oakwood.
