Paul Nadler
MILLER CITY – Paul Nadler, 84, of Miller City, died at 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. He was born January 12, 1928 in Miller City to the late Lawrence and Rosina (Luttfring) Nadler. On January 12, 1952, he married his beloved Clara Koch. She died December 5, 2011. Surviving are 3 children: Gary Nadler of Leipsic, Judy (Carlos) Toscano of Katy, TX and Nancy (Jim) Reynolds of Altamonte Springs, FL; 2 sons-in-laws: Don Schroeder and Joe Schroeder, both of Leipsic, 22 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; a brother: Bob (Dorothy) Nadler of Leipsic; a sister: Dorothy (Dick) Pohl of Cairo; brothers-in-law: Richard Koch of Columbus Grove, Bill and Rita Koch of Glandorf, Joe and Alice Koch of Ottawa, Robert and Marilyn Hamburg of Kalida; sisters-in-law: Julie Koch of Columbus Grove, Helen Nussbaum of Ottawa and Doris Horstman of Ft. Jennings. He was preceded in death by 4 daughters: Dolores Schroeder, Betty Schroeder, Margaret Nadler and an infant; a son: Kenneth Nadler; in-laws: Marie and Norbert Schroeder, Ruth and Lee Schroeder, Doris Koch, Ed Koch, Dick Nussbaum, Irene Hamburg, Don Horstman and Mary Koch.
Paul was a lifelong farmer. He was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Miller City and a 1945 graduate of Miller City High School. He enjoyed his evenings out with his wife and loved his grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday August 4th, 2012 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Miller City with Fr. Stephen Schroeder officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic where there will be a rosary at 4 p.m.
