Paula P. Ordaz
MILLER CITY - Paula P. Ordaz, 87, of Miller City died at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at her residence. She was born August 10, 1925 in Cotulla, TX to the late Celestino and Amada (Flores) Perez. She was married to Francisco Ordaz and he survives in Miller City.
Also surviving are 9 children: Mary (Clay) Martin of Bryan, Yolanda (Jesse) Juarez of Bryan, Frank Ordaz, Jr. of Miller City, Daniel (Viola) Ordaz of Holgate, Robert (Janie) Ordaz of Weslaco, TX, Mary Grace (Vince) Schroeder of Leipsic, Frances (Dennis) Hashbarger of Glandorf, John Ordaz of Columbus, and Paula (Bruce) Kreinbrink of Dayton; 24 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Luis, Joe, and Marcelo Perez; and a sister: Juanita Muriel.
Paula was a homemaker and a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Miller City and its Rosary Altar Society. She was a loving wife and mother who was devoted to her family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. March 2, 2013 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Miller City with Fr. Stephen Schroeder and Fr. Robert DeSloover officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. on Friday at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa where there will be a rosary at 8:00 p.m. Memorials may be made to Putnam County Hospice.
