Phillip R. Grant

CONTINENTAL – Phillip R. Grant, 85, of Continental, passed away Friday, March 31, 2023 at the Meadows of Kalida.  He was born March 19, 1938, in Defiance to the late Howard and Erma (Weller) Grant.

Phillip is survived by an aunt, Naomi Yingling of Ottawa.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by many aunts and uncles.

Phillip was a lifelong farmer and a John Deere fan.  He was a member of North Mount Zion Church, Continental.

Funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 3, 2023 at North Mount Zion Church, Continental with Rev. Brent Gibson officiating. Burial will follow at North Mount Zion Cemetery, Continental. Visitation will be held from 10 – 11 a.m. on Monday prior to the service at the church.

Arrangements are under the direction of HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Continental.
