Phyllis P. Doster

New Haven, Indiana - Phyllis P. Doster, 67, of New Haven, died 12:10 a.m. May 26, 2017 at her residence.  She  was born August 28, 1949 in Lima to the late Romulo and Juanita (Perez) Ramos.  On September 23, 1989 she married Rodney Doster who survives in New Haven.

Phyllis is survived by her four children: Tina (Alex) Candia of Ottawa, Joe (Elizabeth) Trejo of Woodburn, Indiana, Eugene (Kristi) Trejo  and John (Rebecca) Trejo both of Van  Wert; 15 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; a brother: Phillip Ramos of Van Wert; a half-sister: Sophia Cruz and two half-brothers: Adolph Ramos and Romulo Ramos, Jr.   She is preceded in death by Anita Zamarripa.

Phyllis was a homemaker.  She  loved playing bingo.

A Funeral Service will begin 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2017  at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Oakwood with Pastor Terry Porter officiating.    Visitation  will be from 11 a.m. till 1 p.m. at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Van Wert, Ohio.
