Ramona F. Pedraza

HAMLER – Ramona F. Pedraza, 82, of Hamler, passed away at  6:14 a.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Story Point Retirement Community, Waterville. She was born August 31, 1941, in Monterrey, Mexico to the late Marcos and Maria (Reyes) Flores.  On July 31, 1962, she married Bruno Pedraza, who preceded her in death on August 18, 2012.

Ramona is survived by three daughters: Maria (Luciano) Sylvia Martinez of Hamler, Cynthia (Arthur) Perez of Indianapolis, IN and Ida (Ross) Pugsley of Perrysburg; six grandchildren: Noe Martinez, Alex Martinez, Malia Perez, Sydney Pugsley, Alex Lugo and Nicholas Lugo; seven great-grandchildren: Abe, Mekahi, Gabielle, Isabela, Alexis, Annabelle and Gihanna; and three sisters: Esperanza Moldonado, Mary Lugo and Rosie Amador.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers: Robert and Joe Flores; and a sister, Juanita Flores.

Ramona retired from Philips Display Components, Ottawa, where she was a member of the Quarter Century Club. She loved attending church at Harvest Fellowship, Hamler and gardening.  Ramona never knew a stranger.

Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 19, 2024 at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic with Pastor James Erven officiating. Burial will follow at Harman Cemetery, Gilboa. Visitation will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. on Thursday and 12 to 2 p.m. on Friday prior to the service at the funeral home.
