Randall J. Liffick

CONTINENTAL - Randall J. Liffick, 61, of Continental, died 8:05 a.m., Saturday, March 18, 2017 at his residence.  He was born February 2, 1956 in Tuscola, IL to the late Joseph and Clarine (Miller) Liffick.  On July 16, 1976, he married Linda K. Schmidt and she survives in Continental.

Other survivors include two children: Jeff (Emily) Liffick of Leipsic and Julie (Paul) Dockery of Continental; five grandchildren: Drew, Blake and Addysen Liffick and Brodie and Cooper Dockery; and a brother, Robert (Janet) Liffick of Defiance.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, James Liffick and a sister, Pansy Ladd.

Randall worked in the safety department at Zachrich Trucking in Holgate.  He was a member of Dupont Church of the Brethren.  Randall loved being outdoors on his John Deere tractor and spending time with his family.

A memorial service will begin 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 21, 2107 at Dupont Church of the Brethren with Pastor Dan Wust and Pastor Stan Harmon officiating.  Burial will be at a later date.  Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m., Monday at Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Continental and one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the church.

Memorial donations may be given to Putnam County Hospice.
