Renee Michelle Cross

CONTINENTAL – Renee Michelle Cross, 28, of Continental, passed away at 3:59 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at The Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus. She was born November 18, 1997, in Van Wert to Charles Morris and Jackie Cross.

Renee is survived by her fiancé: Sean McBride; and half-siblings: Charlotte Gracinno, Brandy “JoJo” Moneer, Kevin Moneer, Karrin Moneer, and Brittney Cross.

She had worked as a dietary aide at Brookview Healthcare Center, Defiance.

Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at North Mt. Zion Church, Continental with Pastor Brent Gibson officiating. Burial will follow in North Mt. Zion Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Continental and again Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.
