Robert L. "Bob" Hermiller
Leipsic -- Robert L. "Bob" Hermiller, 87, of Leipsic died 12:05 p.m. Sunday, May 5, 2013 at Meadows of Leipsic.  He was born February 25, 1926 in Miller City to the late William and Marie (Dulle) Hermiller, Sr.  On August 6, 1947 he married Cecelia Westrick, who survives in Leipsic.
Also surviving are his children: Robert W. "Bugs" (Karen) Hermiller of Berlin Center, Sue (Bob) Siebeneck of Leipsic, Jim (Patricia) Hermiller of Defiance, Cynthia (Paul) Niese of Miller City, and Steve (Linda) Hermiller of Leipsic; 16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren;  a sister:  Virginia "Jane" (Charlie) Pester of Miller City; 3 brothers:  Paul (Katie) Hermiller of Kalida, Tom Hermiller and William (Rita) Hermiller, Jr., both of Miller City; and a sister-in-law:  Eleanor Hermiller of Miller City.
Preceded in death by a grandson: John Paul Costilla; 4 brothers: Joseph, August "Gus", Leonard and Lawrence Hermiller; and 2 sisters-in-law:  Joanne Hermiller and Sis Hermiller.
Bob had worked for Libby's, Leipsic until it closed, and then retired from Campbell's Soup, Napoleon.  He was also a life long farmer, member of Knight of Columbus and the Eagles, Ottawa.  Bob was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic, and its Holy Name Society.  He enjoyed his time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and in his younger days he enjoyed camping and traveling.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 9, 2013 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic.  Fr. George Wenzinger will officiate.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic where a K of C Rosary will be held at 7:30 p.m.
