Robert A. "Bob" Schroeder

LEIPSIC – Robert A. "Bob" Schroeder, 74, of Leipsic died at 10:34 a.m. on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at Blanchard Valley Regional Health System, Findlay. He was born July 2, 1946 in Leipsic to the late Marcellus and Mary (Webber) Schroeder. On April 20, 1968 he married the love of his life, Marcella "Sally" Trenkamp, she survives in Leipsic.

He is survived by his three children: Linda (Ben) Warnimont of Miller City, Nancy (Dean) Fischer of Quincy, MI and Susan (Ron) Gustwiller of Kettering; six grandchildren: Timothy Williams, Danielle Garrick, Dakota Schroeder, Trisha Fischer, Adam Fischer, and Dalton Gustwiller; three great-grandchildren: Preslee, Leah and Lucy; his siblings: Norbert Schroeder of Deshler, Dorothy Schnipke of Ottawa, and MaryAgnes Schnipke of Ottawa.

He is preceded in death by a son: Larry Schroeder; and a sister: Rosie Schroeder.

Bob was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Leipsic. He was a life member of the Harley Owners Group.  He loved to ride Harley's and travel.  Bob enjoyed antiques and building things.

Funeral mass will be 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic with Father William Pifher officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In keeping with the social distancing guidelines a visitation will be held Friday 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic and Saturday 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at the church.  Masks are required upon entering the funeral home and/or church.
