Roberto R. Flores

Leipsic – Roberto R. Flores, 73, of Leipsic, died 12:43 a.m. Saturday, December 3, 2016 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.  He was born August 30, 1943 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico to the late Marcos and Maria (Reyes) Flores.

Roberto survived by 2 children: Tony Flores of Columbus, and Amy Flores of Findlay; a brother: Joe (Gloria) Flores of Findlay; 4 sisters: Hope Maldonado of Edinburg, Texas, Ramona Pedraza of Hamler, Mary (Joe) Lugo of Ottawa and Rosa (Nick) Amador of Ottawa.

Roberto was a US Navy Veteran serving in Italy during the Vietnam War. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic and of the Leipsic K of C.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, December 9, 2016 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Leipsic, with Fr. William Pifher officiating.   Burial will follow in the church cemetery with military rites by Leipsic American Legion.   Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa and one hour prior to mass at the church.

Memorials may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project.
