Roger R. Wiseman

OTTOVILLE – Roger R. Wiseman, 65 of Ottoville, passed away at 4:54 a.m. on Monday, March 27, 2023 at Lima Memorial Hospital. He was born June 9, 1957 in Lima to the late Robert and Mildred (Stocklin) Wiseman.  On August 2, 1980, he married Monica Kehres, who survives in Ottoville.

Other survivors include three children: Melissa (Brian) Schroeder of Ft. Wayne, IN, Brian (Tara) Wiseman of Continental and Ashley (Zak) Dulebohn of Wapakoneta; six grandchildren: Delaney and Dylan Schroeder, Macy and Makenna Wiseman and Paisley and Liam Dulebohn; and two brothers: Gale Wiseman and Terry (Stacey) Wiseman, both of Delphos.

He was also preceded in death by two brothers: Robert Wiseman, Jr. and Dale Wiseman.

Roger was a building materials warehouse manager at NW Building Resource in Ft. Jennings. He was an avid OSU Buckeye fan and enjoyed playing pool and baseball.  He adored his dog, Toby and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Funeral service will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Jackson Township with Fr. George Mahas officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be held from 5 – 7 p.m. prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
