Roy Dean Mullins

Banner, KY – Roy Dean Mullins, 55, of Banner, KY,  died 2:40 p.m. Friday, October 21, 2016 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY.  He was born March 2, 1961 to the late Lincoln Mullins and Donna Mae Thacker.  He is also preceded in death by a sister:  Teresa Mullins.

Roy is survived by his aunt:  Auntie Thacker of Banner, KY; 4 children:  Bobbie Jo Dix of Paulding, Chad Allen Mullins of Paulding, Lora Mae Scott of Indiana, and Brandy Marie Mullins of Scott; 2 brothers:  Larry Mullins of Paulding and Michael Mullins of Van Wert; 2 sisters:  Melissa Mullins of Paulding and Lisa Whetsel of Neptune; and 9 grandchildren.

Roy had been a mechanic.  He was a wonderful father and Grandpa, that would do anything he could for his family.

The funeral service for Roy will be 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Oakwood.  Burial will follow in Pleasantview Cemetery, Latty Township, OH.  Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and again on Wednesday for one hour prior to the service at Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Oakwood.

Memorials may be given to the charity of donor's choice.
