Sandra K. Lauf

OTTOVILLE – Sandra K. Lauf, 79, of Ottoville, passed away at 10:45 a.m., Sunday August 9, 2026, at Bowling Green Manor, Bowling Green. She was born September 27, 1946, in Lima to the late Richard D. and Mary K. (Point) Redmond. On August 10, 1977, she married Robert Lauf, who preceded her in death on March 10, 1997.

Sandra is survived by five children: Trina Lauf of Shawnee, Ohio, Brian (Amy) Coon of Lima, Ohio, Amy (Robert) Tallman of Michigan, Trent Lauf of London, Ohio and Chad (Sara) Lauf of Ottoville, Ohio; eight grandchildren: Thomas (Joel) Coon, Aaron Coon, Jami (Stephen Tucker) Lauf, Erika (Marc Whaley) Lauf, Madysen (Zach Clemens) Lauf, Nyla Lauf, Kayne Lauf and Preston Tallman; five great-grandchildren: Kamdyn Lauf, Tauren Tucker, Thai Whaley, Adalynn Tucker and William Tucker; and a nephew, Brad Smith.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by a daughter, Melinda Lauf; and special friend, Donald Bendele.

Sandra graduated from Shawnee High School in 1964 and retired from Teleflex in Van Wert. She enjoyed owls, Pepsi, dining out with friends, watching crime shows, playing solitaire, and traveling with Donnie. Above all, she cherished time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are pending with LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Jackson Township.
